Am I the only one who's not excited about 2019?

@SW-User It's going to be the same old stuff. Maybe different people and different circumstances, but the same agendas, same owners, same injustices, prejudices, unfair discriminations, etc. I just don't care anymore.

@PhoenixPhail You need a break from all of those things 🤗 Maybe treat yourself with a vacation on New Year's Eve?

@SW-User A vacation I would definitely use. I haven't had a vacation in 36 years. But New Year's Eve would be bad timing.
I think it will have to wait until I retire, which I've been trying to do for a while now.

@SW-User I have. I own a service business involving a perishable product, and I don't want to just give away the inventory. There have been several different buyers, and every perspective sale has fallen through for one reason or another.

@PhoenixPhail So you still haven't found the right buyer right?

@SW-User I hope I find that person soon, too. I'm about ready to just scrap the whole thing, but I would lose a lot of money if I did that.

@SW-User Well, it's really just a matter of choosing between yes or no. It's just hard to say no because of the monetary value. But it's getting easier to say yes because I'm so tired.

@SW-User Money isn't a huge concern NOW. My greatest concern about money is that I'm paying so much of it to the government, and I KNOW what they do with it. When I retire, that will change, radically.
