What kind of mood are you in right now?

Frustrated. I was just on the phone with my state medical coverage, and although I sent in what they needed in October, they still haven't looked at it, so now I'm stuck paying $600 in medication that I cannot afford, but desperately need for my seizures. Ugh!! Now what!!

@Effloresce Oh, how I wish I knew. Two weeks after I had sent my required info in to renew, I got a letter telling me that I failed to send it in and so I was dropped from the plan. I called them telling them that I had. After a 20 minute wait, he came back and said, "Oh here it is." I called a few weeks later, as I needed a couple of refills. He said he'd make sure they were looked at. I called again a week ago, he said that he'd put me on 'emergency review" and to call back today, I should be good. I called back today and was told it still hadn't been review. She said she'd send in an 'emergency review', and to call back next week. in the mean time, my meds are filled and are waiting for me. Now, I'll have to go find someone I can borrow money from to go pick them up. It's such a screwy system. It all is!!
