He did briefly before. Funny how in 2012 he said only a “weak” leader lets that happen–and now he’s [b]threatening[/b] to do it. 🙄

@LvChris I saw this. Keep in mind, the dissolution could go on for a long time, and my guess is, it's in everyone's interests to shut it down. Restitution from the kiddies and breach of fiduciary duty claims were not addressed, and that's where the action likely is, since I'm sure theyve long since plundered the assets.
