Seek out a good therapist. If you can't afford one, TALK about it with friend and family. Human contact is the antidote to depression. In bigger places there are often divorce support groups. Join one.
Find a hobby. Join a gym, or a local biking or running club. Keep busy.
Above all: as hard as this may seem to believe, this is really an opportunity for personal growth and to be strong on your own.
It's not going to happen overnight. Be gentle with yourself. Do a little bit each day.
I wish you the best. You will make it. You are still young. Life doesn't begin till 40!
