Who will advocates for persecuted Christians? [Spirituality & Religion]

Not the pope

Pope Francis has made a priority of improving relations with the Islamic world. He has washed the feet of Muslims during Holy Week liturgies and when he brought a dozen Syrians back with him from a Greek refugee center in 2016

The Pope says he will visit the United Arab Emirates in early February, continuing the outreach to the Muslim world that has been a signature theme of his pontificate

It is not unusual for the Catholic Church to have a leader that is not a Christian. However I think Francis is the first pope I know of that is not a Catholic or a Christian.
@hippyjoe1955 Everyone but you is a Satanist to you.

@canusernamebemyusername Not at all. I just happen to know that there are a lot of non Christians in Churches of all denominations. That isn't surprising at all and is even to be expected and hoped for.
