Lemon grass sucks. It just makes things taste like a citronella candle.

Much of the lemon flavor in food and lemon aroma in cosmetics comes from lemon grass extract......not actual lemons. Herbal teas for example are usually flavored with lemon grass.

@Cabernetfranc That's why it always sucks. Like lemon bars do.
Lemon and citrus flavors are nasty when the sour isn't there. The sour and bitter is the good part.
