Ladies - Trousers or skirts?

When I was in my teens, I wore trousers most of the time. Then when I started work my preferences changed and I wore skirts and dresses all of the time and never wore any trousers for about 25 years. Now as that I am older I am in trousers regularly again. What are your preferences?

@lisamum and do you wear a petticoat as one did in the age of stockings? A very feminine article of clothing.

Indeed I do. I wear a waist slip with an unlined skirt and a full slip with a dress.

@lisamum glad to hear you keep up this fashion. Slips or petticoats With a lace or tulle netting looked lovely with the slight rise of a full skirt or dress. So much nicer than jeans torn at the knee. Wouldn't you agree!
