Is 99lbs normal weight for adult? What are the risks of heart attacks for thin people?

It depends on height, but weight is only one of the risk factors for cardiac events. My friend who is slightly underweight had a heart attack in his thirties. He smokes, eats processed food, has high blood pressure, and a family history of heart disease. Him being roughly the right weight wasn't a factor.

Unless you're really really short, that seems like a very low body weight.
My youngest is 8 and weighs more than that

Yes a small frame but most people, women included will weigh at least a 100lbs usually.
