@MushroomFaerie Not of love itself. I am afraid of finding the love of my life and then, upon his death, losing him. I have searched for all my life. And now I believe I have found him. And I wonder if this happiness is all a dream? And that it will be snatched away from me! I have always known of a great love. The best love for me in the whole, wide world. True, abiding love is not scary for me.

@MushroomFaerie No, we do not lose everything in the world. Love is not lost if it is true. It becomes part of who we are. How we interact with the world. If he is my love, then I will be with him til one of us has our last breath upon this earth. Love doesn't pass. A person who is loved may die. But that is just a form, a body. Love and spirits never leave or die.
