Food has become our daily poison. Its hard to avoid the poisons in most food so try to eat healthy and making ur own

If u must eat bread make ur own. Avoid sugar for the love of all that is proper and eat healthy produce as often as you can. I suggest u avoid wheat and eat meat for strength
