I think it is. Time is a human construct , and without the human imagination, time would only be movement.

Yes. Time only exists in our experience. Past, present and future exist continuously, though we only "see" in the present

Maybe not in the same way as we think of it, but more as a part of space (my explanation is a bit too simple)
