Never, as my introduction in the messages says
"I am a very friendly person, but if you would please just get to know me a bit in the public forum before messaging me, I would appreciate it!"
So if someone messages me without ever interacting with me, to do so means they literally read my message introduction and said to themselves "I don't care enough about what this person has to say, I will just message her anyway", which means I never want to interact with them
