Not for the weather. The biggest reason would probably be for safety. On the other hand, England seems to be becoming more dangerous. So maybe the devil you know is better than the one you don't.
@Nimbus I see that all up and over the news. You peeps need to get that sorted so you can move past it and pay attention to other stuff which is busy creeping up on you in the meantime.
