@TexChik Well, the climate has been changing for 4 billion years, but cold weather in certain places doesn't conflict with "man made global warming" science. Warming north Atlantic currents can actually cause extreme cold weather in the southern US because of it's effect on prevailing weather patterns in the northern western hemisphere. Blizzards in MIami might be a potential result of man made global warming, if it were as bad as some of the alarmist entrepreneurs would have us believe. I'm just being objective. Extremely cold winters don't conflict with the global warming alarmist narrative.

@TexChik I've noticed the alarmists are quieter these days. I think everyone is just very busy trying to turn this country upside down and inside out and backwards, so they've had little time trying to scare people in other ways. now when I see leftist garbage I just automatically block. When the ranks are formed and the bugle sounds I will do what I can, we are constitutionally obligated to stop what is happening to this country. If we don't defend this country we don't deserve it, and we might as well roll over. I will do what I have to when the time comes. In the mean time I will devote my time and passion to other things and ignore the filth and garbage of the left.

@TexChik The new paradigm is a bitter pill to swallow. Democrats might as well give this country another name and another flag if they gain complete control and have their way. They will utterly destroy the constitution and the dream of our founding fathers. In California, they cut down only about 1.3 million of 129 million dead trees, Jerry Brown vetoed a bill that would have cut down many more.

Climate change cult members destroy homes, lives and economies because of their warped views and mindset. They are pure evil and devoid of logic, reason and common sense. They are the new plague upon humanity.

@therighttothink50 California is responsible for the severity of these fires ... always refusing to remove underbrush , clear cut fire breaks , or remove dead trees claiming it disturbs nature. Truth is they would rather spend on socialist agenda items than take care of their house .

@TexChik You can't manage what you don't own. And pretty much every state on the West Coast is having fire issues - all the way up to Alaska (and BC is constantly on fire now too). Even without the Santa Ana winds.

California fires get more publicity because the state is so built up, but it's in no way a CA-only problem. Almost as if climate changes affect more than one state, go figure.
