Something happened about a year before I retired. Two supervisors told a big lie and it included my area.I believe that they wanted me to quit before I could retire & get my insurance & other benefits, they did it to someone else a year before. I told the area coordinator that they couldn't keep doing this and think they could get by with it when I knew the truth and knew what they were doing. Within a month one supervisor was moved to another city because the customers said they didn't want her down here...the other one got moved out of her cushy area with all it's perks within a few weeks of me retiring and now she's been moved out of the city as well. It was either that or get fired for both of them.

@cherokeepatti My ex is a nurse ,,one of her fellow nurses made his rounds to fast ,people complaining they never got their pain meds
He was caught in time ,but giving the wrong meds to a patient
She reported it to the DOM ,soon she was let go ,
Our son had surgery and they said she had to many call offs
She had to fight to get her unemployment but she got it ,she could have went back to work but we didnt really need the money she just likes to work ,
So though they let her go ,,they still had to pay her ,,win win
But they staff was investigated ,,the man that she complained about
Was not even who he said he was ,,the license he was working under belonged to a dead man ,,,,they also fired the DOM over it too

@rckt148 At least she got compensated. This woman that left a year before she could retire with full benefits, she was a thorn in our side for as long as I knew her...things would come up missing everywhere she worked and she would try to cast blame on others, that and doing things to cause problems for all of us. One full year we'd meet for lunch once a week and I'd hear the other employees complain on this woman, the evil things she was doing. Told them each time she'd get her payback because God is not blind, and just to wait we didn't need to do anything for revenge. She left the university a year before I did, got to take her retirement $ but no insurance (which was paid health-dental & other benefits)...she ended working another job full-time to pay for health insurance. It's cost her about $120 K so far because she left early.

@cherokeepatti its a shame that happens to often ,in service they teach is to cover our own ass ,,CYOA ,,,and it has saved me so many times
Records up to date ,note pad in my pocket making notes to self about things I observed ,things other said was unimportant ,,,my notes have saved a lot of peoples butts ,and mine
That is why my memory is so good ,I was trained to take in everything and then only retain the important things ,I write numbers down and if I retain them good ,but the details ,who said what ,and conditions ,things out of place ,things that just don't add up ,,I notice ,,and I taught my kids to CYOA too
Its saved them also ,,,my ex should be a profiler ,she says its from to many years around me ,,but she can tell you when someone is not right better than a dog ,,,3 jobs she worked ,management was stealing something
We live in a world full of dishonest people and their motto is "I am going to get mine " and its sad ,,,but today if you are not CYOA ,,,your a fool

My Dad gave 18 yrs to the space agency ,,,he broke his back on the job
He was told by a friend in supervision that he was about to loose his seniority ,people had been told his position was about to be filled
Dad bagged a regular MD to give him a "Fit for full duty release "
They know Dad had broke his back and put him in a job that required lifting
They wanted Dad to quit ,,,,what he did was re broke his back
Because he got a MD to clear him and not a surgery ,,workmans comp fought him tooth and nail ,and it was 5 yrs of fighting for his disability
My Mom who was a practicing witch became a Mormon ,,she was told by a friend the church would help them ,and they did ,,
But I have learned from a young age to CYOB ,,I was always the scape goat
But I learned how to stop that ,CYOA ,,and play dumb ,,never let people know exactly who they are playing with
But now days ,I trust God ,and His word is my guide ,,I no longer need men to feed me ,,everything I need ,He provides ,,and exposes the wicked

@rckt148 Oh the one that left a year early had it coming, she was evil every day. I knew people who kept detailed notes till they left and I hinted to the management that a lot of people did it so they wouldn't think they could just run over us. But the old manager was forced out and they finally got one that had been a prison warden. She was corrupt I'm sure and she got told to leave a little while after I left for causing lawsuits. I'd be keeping notes if I had to work a job like that again. And keep them at home and not in my closet. They tried looking in closets for notes when a friend was having surgery, she wasn't stupid enough to keep a notebook in her work area...she'd take notes each day and transfer them in her notebook at home, along with dates, times & witnesses. Sad it has to be that way.

I was asked by the North Carolina work commission if I was self employed or if I worked by the hour,,
I kept records for my own use ,how many buckets of mud we used ,how many screws ,how much tape ,how much mud it took to make up texture ,,
how many boards was in each house ,how many square square feet ,if it had vaulted ceilings ,cathedral ceilings ,wrap around stairs ,,if it was post and beam ,,who the home owner was ,,who pulled the permits ,how many inspections
I wanted to be a contractor ,,I took notes on everything and how much I got paid ,,how much he made me pay per hour for insurance ,,he charged me to work
And paid me by the hour ,,,I am loosing everything ,and he is fighting me using my workmans comp ,,he does not want a claim on his perfect record
The interview was recorded ,and they cut it off
They asked had I seen the news ? I said no ,they said 5 contractors I knew were going to prison ,,they were arrested on the job
Working men by the hour ,but not covering them with insurance and taking out taxs ,paying their social security ,,its felonies
He deducted all that from me ,but never paid it in ,,
Now when we turn the recording back on ,this is on the record
My Preacher told me to tell the truth ,let the chips fall where they may
But this is family ,,,Did you work by the hour or were you self employed ?
I said self employed ,case closed ,,they found for my Uncle ,denied my claim
He laughed ,,said I lost ,,tried to black ball me
I took all his customers ,my people were completely legal ,,and he died of cancer ,,,no one there that give a crap about him ,,,He treated his kids like employees ,,,well when they were no longer getting paid ,,they all seen how he did me ,,,He let me loose everything ,,even my wife
But I got a new start ,,,he got what he sowed

covered all my people ,made sure tax's were paid and social security
But I worked for the Rail Road so they went back on that ,,but what I paid in under him was much higher than I paid for the rail road ,,so yea I got burned a little .
They said I had paid enough quarters in by 21 to get credit and not need SSI
I would get my SSDI ,,but all I lost fighting for it
And I did build several of the homes he was suppose to ,(these homes you can be on over a year ),and my crew followed me ,,though some of them I should have left with him ,,when I needed a place to sleep they did me wrong too ,,,so as it turns out they basically worked for me all along ,he disavowed all of us ,,but he got what he had coming
I have a good name and lots of people that would have helped were it not for my pride I could have called on to save me and my home ,maybe my marriage ,but I lost my self esteem for a while ,faith in humanity ,if family can screw you like that ,who can you trust ?,,,
my brother caused me to be audited and caught for tax evasion when I worked for him ,,I was paid in cash ,,but when he filled bankruptcy ,his wife kept records on how much I had been paid ,he threw me under the bus too
I kept records that could have burned them all ,but I am loyal to people
I take the fall ,,but now I CYOA a little better ,,and I have told my kids to always do it ,just in case ,and it saved my ex too ,,she got paid
We save every receipt ,accurate records
I ran my music career like a business too ,,I learned a lot the hard way
I learned how to build a case for the government and not screw it up
I should have been as wise dealing with family
