I'll be honest. When brits say arseholl it sounds no different than asshole to me. Just asshole with a British accent.

There are many many different brit accents. Some sound frightfully posh....others grate, some very common sounding and some soft and soothing. Depending where you are in Britain arsehole....or any other word sounds very different!!
