I'll be honest. When brits say arseholl it sounds no different than asshole to me. Just asshole with a British accent.

It doesn’t sound vulgar though. It’s so quaint and nice sounding that you don’t feel offended at all.

There are many many different brit accents. Some sound frightfully posh....others grate, some very common sounding and some soft and soothing. Depending where you are in Britain arsehole....or any other word sounds very different!!
