Levels of comprehension..

I feel people really do not comprehend things . I can tell by what they reply back and it doesn’t pertain . What do you do when you feel someone you’re trying to communicate with doesn’t seem to understand you?

Some can only understand to a certain degree of complexity.I make allowances that not everyone can be intelligent.
