how often do you eat?

Used to be once or twice a day but I've heard that's really bad for you.

Up to 12 times a day, most of it just bites of something, most food avaiable in the house is unpalatable.

You eat every other day? Aren’t you starving all the time.

Doesn’t sound enough to me. But maybe you realise that already
