Should assisted suicide be legal?

Yes it should most definitely be legal!! If someone wants to die that is their business and nobody else has any right to tell them they can’t. I believe in Washington state it is legal but I could be wrong

I can't imagine. My mother suffered with schizophrenia and myself depression and anxiety. So I can't even imagine what it's like to have to try and manage all that you do. Tiring I'm sure is putting it lightly so to speak. Suicide however, I don't see as the answer. It was my mothers answer, but left all of her family in turmoil, children without a mother, husband without a wife...you get the point. If you're having trouble managing, maybe seek out a different doctor or some alternative therapies.

Is the happy and sad change a symptom of bipolar. I always wondered that.

I know how that is. I’m scizoaffective, I have it very mildly, but o know what it’s like to have the symptoms. I agree that we should be able to terminate ourselves if we do choose. Though I would have done so to myself years ago if it were an option.

I wish assisted suicide wasn't deemed wrong, but wasn't legalized. Otherwise people would be forced to practice assisted suicide.

I do, but mainly because I fail to see the logic in prosecuting a depressed person for being depressed.

I have thoughts like that a lot.
