How do you relax?

Steaming Warm Bath filled with Bath Salts
Gentle Slow Music
and just submerge oneself and heart my own heart beat as I lay back and let the heat of the water soothe my body and mind

@iQuit I really want to do that one of these days. I even have the scented candles ready for it. I just don't often have that kind of time

@1455spd 90 minutes is excessive and 60 minutes seems to do but even 30 min is the time it would take for your fingers to get pruney. That's how I time my me time and at best I can only do it few times really because it does take time but once you do find that you time- Take it

You'll feel so much better
I use the theory that when you soak in an magnesium Epsom salt bath, the warm water can help relax muscles and loosen stiff joints. People use Epsom salt baths as a home treatment for sore muscles after working out.

It's helped me and a couple people I know maybe
if ever you have the chance and try it - maybe it can work wonders for you too.

@iQuit It makes sense. It's like warm showers too. The warm water makes our blood vessels expand, which increases blood flow and relaxes our muscles. It puts the body and mind at ease. I definitely will try one day though
