@5thApprentice For the sciatica I do slight heel lifts laying flat on my back. On the floor to increase circulation to the lubricating bruselle sacs. Upper back not much I can do but apply a heating pad. I do substantial heavy lifting work so trust me to know. Occasional ibuprophen when it's extremely nagging. Plenty of water too. Even a slight dehydration can aggravate a tired back.
