Why is my boss so fierce??!!!!

I dont like working with my current boss, he is so fierce and shouted at people all the time, make me have anxiety everytime i go to work😭😭😭

@SW-User If you can, find another job. He ain't gonna change. And chances are your workplace encourages that confrontational style if they are keeping him on.
