Seriously, though....while education isn鈥檛 at its highest levels in extremely rural areas, I wouldn鈥檛 single out a region or State as I鈥檝e met highly educated people from all parts of the country.

@DragonFruit yeah, we have our share in north carolina. LOL still, not as bad as south carolina. 馃槀
