How do I stop the shaking when I get angry?

I can’t seem to control it when I wanna smash someone’s face in 😟. Any fighters on here? They should know 🤷🏼‍♀️

@lucetta12 yeah, I get like that too but I have to learn to turn it down or I'll start getting chest pains.
