Does anyone else push or poke a bruise if you see you have one?
Even though i know it's going to hurt i don't know why i do it and either think "ouch how'd i get this" or " ow why the hell am i poking it" 😕

I do. I bruise easily, but never know how I've gotten them. I don't know why I do. Maybe to see if there's a lump. Or if I poke around it, it'll come to me how it happened lol. 🤷♀️
