Does anyone else push or poke a bruise if you see you have one?
Even though i know it's going to hurt i don't know why i do it and either think "ouch how'd i get this" or " ow why the hell am i poking it" 😕

I push on things that hurt sometimes just to make them hurt more for the time I am pushing them, and then it gives you a few seconds of relief.
