People who moan about things they could make better themselves. So those who lack creativity, also mean spirited ppl and those who make the conscience effort to manipulate and hurt others knowing its wrong but they do it anyway.

@SW-User They know it's wrong and it hurts a person. But they don't have empathy for anyone but themselves. So, they feel nothing when hurting someone. No guilt! Arrrrghhhh
