Do you do your own home repairs?

I do, done the roofing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring. Saves tons of money if you do it yourself!

I'm not going to be doing anything major but I can take care of a basic few things. My greatest achievement was putting in new flooring. Took way longer than I planned and I taught myself from Youtube but you're right about it saving loads of money.

@SW-User Yeah every project I attempt takes 3-4 times longer than predicted. I save money doing it myself, but I could never make money doing it for others!

@xinbaba i mostly use pvc for everything. Makes it a lot more simple to plumb....until you get to the underground stuff
