[c=#003BB2]Although, I overthink in general, my recent breathing "asthma" issues give me anxiety and panic attacks if I'm too aware of myself and my fears. What are yours? [/c]

@TURTLEGOD Why do you think about what others could think about though? Doesn't mean they're always thinking it right? then the idea of it just stresses you out right?
@SW-User Exactly, this is part of my social anxiety. I just recently realized that i do this to the extent that i do. I just stress myself out with the potential of their thoughts😅
SW-User
@TURTLEGOD Damn. Social Anxiety is a bummer like anxiety in general. Lately although I'm better I still feel uncomfortable around people and what they could be "thinking" of me. I even opened a journal to organize my thoughts and feelings.
@SW-User I feel that journaling to organize thoughts is the best route to help you begin to recognize what youre doing and when youre doing it. I still journal and write when i become too overwhelmed.

@TURTLEGOD 🤗 That's good I'm not the only one. Sometimes I tend to repeat the good things day after day like a mantra. After some shocking news about someone yesterday I'm trying not to make a big deal out of it..it sure makes me think, but so long as I'm not making it my problem I'm fine I guess. Writing the way you think, feel and problem solving techniques really help in my opinion. I plan on carrying on writing a story I had started writing once I feel confident enough to carry on with it related to the same subject.
@SW-User I wish you the best of luck in that venture, writing a book is a lot of work.
But its never good to make anothers persons problems your problems. But i feel its good youre trying not to let it affect you too much.
SW-User
@TURTLEGOD Yeah, you should never let others issues affect you. However sometimes I guess it just happens. Important thing is to gain control as soon as you can.
