Didn't she take a polygraph and pass ?
Wonder if he could do the same.

@Picklebobble2 I don't think that's admissible in court. I could be wrong. But I think I'm right

I wouldn't be surprised if a trained clinical psychologist passed a polygraph..
Who administered the test? What questions were asked?
Not to mention that a polygraph is inadmissible as evidence....

@SW-User Didn't answer the question though, did you.

@Picklebobble2 Did VP Pence volunteer to take a polygraph test when that op ed came out in the Times? It has to have some validity to the test or he wouldn’t have suggested it.
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@SimplyTracie My point was we haven't heard Kavanaugh offer to do the same by way of a direct rebuttle have we.

I think he would pass a polygraph test about this issue, yes.

@Picklebobble2 He is smart to remain silent. I’m sure he has a lot to say but he knows what to say and how to say it. I kinda wish he was like Trump and just blurt shit out of his mouth.

@SW-User lol. Well what YOU think is or at least COULD be very different from what would/might actually HAPPEN !
A shrewd lawyer would probably tell him, "Stay quiet. Admit nothing. Let her make a case. See if there's anything likely to sway the burden of proof"

At this point, her story doesn't pass the smell test..
So I'm willing to believe he's innocent until i see more evidence to the contrary..

@SW-User ....Yet even NOW you never MENTION the presumption of innocence.

What are you after @Picklebobble2? He's innocent until proven guilty.
SW-User
@abe182 exactly..
And he hasn't been charged with any crime.
These are allegations only..
He has nothing to prove.

@abe182 Or MAYBE there's no honour left in politics IF you've been found out ?
I mean at what point in this debacle, in your mind does this guy become 'tainted goods' ?

@Picklebobble2 when there's more than he said she said.
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@abe182 Fair enough. Do you think it would be a wise move if all parties kept quiet about this via the media. Until anything actually happens ?
I do.
Unless.....i was looking to 'muddy the waters' sufficiently so that NOBODY could tell truth from lie...especially if it were to sit before a court !
