Do you battle depression?

It just hits me at times. I feel totally worthless

Naw, I made friends with it. It is allowed to visit when it needs to but it must move on down the road. Over the years I have fought it to where it has weakened and I have gotten stronger. So it knows I will always win if tires to battle me.
