The trick is to keep yourself hydrated throughout the night. Drink mixed drinks or plenty of water before you go to bed.

@CoffeeFirst that's why! I just got back from an all inclusive vacay...I drank rum for breakfast and all day without issue, but I drank it in frozen drinks!
