I know a guy that got VERY physically taken down and arrested because a hacker stole his identity and decided to hack into some government files and they thought it was actually him. :P

@UndeadPrivateer lol yeah it was! ... more like week or month... because even after being cleared by the government... he still had all his info taken and trying make sure all your banks info and everything else is safe (and the government red flagged his stuff before hand, so he had to prove he wasn't the hacker to them which might of been the biggest long term pain)
