Does anyone know if cannabis cures cancer?

I’ve heard people say it can , and I think there is research that suggests it can help in some cancers, however, I don’t think any real serious research has been performed for anyone to actually make the claim....
Nor is there motivation for big pharma to fund the necessary research that would be required ...
