@SailorMarz Sure! Although fair warning I was making liver & onions today, lol. Treat for my mother in law.

@SailorMarz Most kinds of liver are super pleasant. Beef liver is pretty bitter so require some TLC to be edible. But it's incredibly cheap and healthy so we should all eat more of it.

And failing that there was mashed spuds, greens, bacon gravy, creamed corn, and bacon & onions. Goal was comfort food.

@CountScrofula that honestly sounds good to me. I can't believe i'm saying this, but i think i want liver & onions?

@SailorMarz Find a GOOD old-fashioned diner. So the kind of place you can get eggs all day and a reuben and corn beef hash and that kinda stuff. They'll do it up proper.
