would you begin a new life with the experience you have now or continue with the life you have?

But the experience you had from your old life you will only remember by the time you are 18.

I would not alter a single thing
I feel if it were possible to alter events ,we also alter the outcome
my Hardships have made me the man I am
The loss how to be happy with what I have now
Ans since I had it all already ,I know it wasn't all that great
I could just afford better drugs trying to fill the hole in my being that couldnt be filled with stuff .
I learned what it was that actually made me happy ,my family being a big one
I was so busy trying to be richer than my friends
So I could buy cooler stuff ,so I could brag I had something they didn't
But you can only eat in so many restaurants until nothing on the menu looks good
So many cars ,and boats
And all the people that never stop coming ,even when you beg them for just one day in a week with your wife ,they always have an emergency ,they need you
And God forbid you develop health issues ,you can go broke quick paying medical bills ,tests and surgeries ,and the more you have ,,the easier it is to take
And no agencies will help ,you have to many assets ,well until your wife leaves you and takes you for all she can
And then None of those people you killed yourself for ,neglected your family and your own health for are there
I lost it all ,,,,but I am glad I did
And NO I would not go back and change a single thing
I have my family ,I can live with my health ,I have everything I need
Don't mess with something thats not broke ,,you might not like what you get
But if you don't like what you have change it
Its not the end of the world being homeless ,it was a chance to start over for me
I wasn't happy at the time ,all my stuff gone
But now I have peace of mind and I am super Dad ,,I wouldn't change a thing

Begin with the knowledge I have? ABSOLUTELY!!!! That's like stackin' my own deck. Think of all the things I could avoid. None of the mistakes I made before 18 mattered anyway.😁

@JimminyChristmas that's true but by 18 you could have already made mistakes that are too late.
And remember you are not restarting your life you are starting a new life in which you could be a different race, sex, you be born into a bad family in a bad area where options are not very big. For example by the time you are 18 you could be in jail for life (big if tho)
Just write a horrid memoir to warn new young kiddos not to coppy my dumb errors 😊
Continue with the life I have
The former is explained as only having the memory back when one turns 18. I was just saying I would pick that choice. Even though I don’t any complaints about my childhood, I would pick it at a chance to have a better life.@Taiwaves

@Spoiledbrat must had a pretty rough life to take a gamble like that out of a probably 1% chance that you will get a good life
Why would I not get a good life? I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t have the knowledge I have now by the time I was 18. I would be trading my childhood for who knows what, yes. @Taiwaves

I would pick the former. Too many bad childhood memories anyway.
