I used to open tinder in front of my ex.

Had always been there. But I never cheated or even flirted with anyone there when I'm in a relationship.

I think having options is important to me because let's face it , most relationships just don't last.

@SW-User yeah. If you both planned a long term future and are fully committed then tell her to shut the fuck up and delete.

Ask her to explain the reason for still being there.

Or maybe she isn't 100% committed to you?
