What's something you are trying to change or improve ?

@Starcrossed I am trying to change or improve several of those things too. My career is going down the tank right now need a major overhaul there.

@SW-User I've let myself be too complacent and let management hold me back from promotion far too long, I just haven't had the energy to open an HR case.

@Starcrossed I can understand those HR cases can be a major emotional drain but if management is holding you back they need to be put in their place! Easier said than done though been there before.
