Has your high school ever faced a lawsuit?
There was one where a student who was #1 in the entire school was accused of taking a hard drive that had the mid term exams on it. The student was the only one who had been around the teacher's room (here in Korea, teacher's rooms house all the teachers)
It later found out someone else found it after it dropped and took the test. Then planted in that person's backpack. They removed the suspension after they found the culprit, but the principal refused to allow the student accused of stealing from taking it because it'd ruin the ranks.
It was a pretty big deal at our school (since the scores of your midterm exam determine your rank.) The student was evenutally allowed to take the midterm exam and he of course scored a perfect 100 on each test!
And the student who took the hard drive was expelled.
