Only when I let myself dragged into a discussion about a sensitive topic. Otherwise, I believe that people don't notice me at all.
If they accidentally look at my profile, they probably cringe in disgust and move on. But that's it. If they would hate me only for that, they must have some issues. Not my problem. 👌

@SW-User You shouldn't worry too much about it. If you are not deliberately mean to people I believe that if they hate you, there's something wrong with them, not you. 😊
