What constitutes ugly...appearance...or manners ???

Ugliness, to me, is in a person's heart, and shows in their words, attitude, actions and demeanor... the same as where their beauty lies.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, same applies to physical perceived ugliness often unfairly. Ugly to me implies a mean spirited, selfish and nasty attitude or demeanor without sympathy, empathy or caring for others which bad manners can indicate but are not conclusive.
