@SW-User yes, in a way.. :) The sum does add up to $150: the coat was $100 so then the hat must be $50? Or are you asking me to tax up things I can't know from another country?

@SW-User Lol Look at the other explanations posted on this post. If you have the hat as 25$, you’ll figure out the price of the coat which is 125$ by adding 25 with 100 since the hat costed 100$ less than the coat. So now we know both prices of the hat and the coat respectively 25$ and 125$, we can go ahead and add them together to see if the result is the same as the sum mentioned in the question, which is 150$.
