How do you stop your heart from beating?

Invega. I took that shit a few years back, and as I was about to go to sleep, my heart stopped beating. For a few seconds, I just laid there thinking, "This is interesting." Then I realised I'd better do something to kick it back into motion or I'd just die there. I shook myself, and somehow, that actually worked. My grandmother used to be able to stop and start her heart at will. My family is... unusual.
