Presumably you've tried facebook, Linkdin, Instagram? Long shot but what about contacting the cruise line company and ask that your details be sent on to that person for them to contact you? In the UK all companies (registered in the UK) must keep employee records on file for five years after they leave,for tax purposes. Do you know where they're from?
