Make a tonic of ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and water.
8 ounces of water
4 ounces of lemon juice
2 tablespoons ginger
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Shake the hell out of it when it's just cayenne, lemon juice, and ginger. The lemon juice and the shaking diffuses the ginger and cayenne to be better absorbed by your body.
Drink after every HEALTHY meal. Give up processed sugar completely. Avoid glutens. Keep up this routine and your energy and mood will improve drastically in a matter of days.
Be careful if you are not used to hot stuff. Cayenne doesn't physically burn tissue like ghost pepper does, but it can still cause serious pain if you're not used to it. If you overdose, the pain is tremendous, but unless you have a heart attack, it's not going to do any physical damage.
