Its between Orson Wells and Gregory Peck. Since Gregory is my fav actor I say his voice is the best.

@Wilcrooks There are so many to chose from. Walter Pidgeon has his moments. A funny Gary Grant. Oh, what's his name? The Ghost and Mrs Muir guy? Oh yeah, Rex Harrison.
