I hate feeling like a stranger in my own body :/

@MartinTheFirst basically my anxiety makes me uncomfortable with every aspect of who I am to the point where I feel like I don’t recognize myself anymore.

@Effloresce you're being too vague, what exactly is the issue here?

@MartinTheFirst it’s hard to describe the feeling in all honesty. I guess the issue is my mental health has gotten so bad to the point where I don’t recognize myself anymore. Like comparing myself to how I was before shit hit the fan makes me realize how much I’ve changed and how much I’m uncomfortable with who I am atm
