Does time really exist?

What time is it? It’s different for me. It’s different for you. It’s different for pretty much every religion. If time existed surely then there would be a universal world time. We define our days by cycles of the sun moving around us, around our work lives. Our days are constructed around a celestial object in the sky. Is that amazing? Is that ridiculous? There no such thing as the present. There is no such thing as now. I am doing my best to hold onto a moment that is already gone. But what does that mean for the future and past ... can someone help?
