its part of a "sort of" routine ,to keep me from getting bored
I start off the day with a shower ,
coffee and meds
I play guitar and sing
record from time to time
check SW and Face Book for any new messages
Watch the news and see what they are going on about today
catch up on shows I missed
then I answer a few questions ,or mess with people just to make them smile ,
then back to some more practice .
But since I don't sleep well due to pain ,
its not always in any set order and I could sleep all day when I finally sleep
but Sw serves several purposes for me
I stay in touch with friends ,old and new
Its a distraction from pain (Its best not to just sit around and think about it)
And it keeps me from being bored
If I get bored then I get anxious and restless and then nothing helps
So its to keep me from getting bored ,not something I do afterwards
