Do you get agitated over the slightest things ?

E.g. Is anyone in real life gonna recognise me from my pfp. Or is this really a good filtered photo ? Does it make my chin look too fat ? Am I looking pretentious enough like I am pondering on a very complex mathematical explanation of some random stuff I just read in a very nerdy book ? Etc etc 😏
